What types of baked goods do you offer?

We specialize in breads, pastries, cookies, cakes and pies. Seasonal and custom items are also available—check our menu for the latest offerings.

 

Do you take custom cake orders?

Yes! We’re happy to create custom orders for special occasions such as birthdays, **weddings, or events. Please contact us at least 14 days in advance. **60 days for wedding cakes is preferred

 

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through email or phone, be sure to provide your desired items, quantities, and pickup/delivery details.

 

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

We offer both. Delivery is $15 within Baltimore City & $2 extra per mile in the surrounding counties. Our pick-up location is subject to change so please be sure to check the website, Instagram or shoot us an email directly.

 

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, by request only, but please note that all items are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the order date will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund last-minute cancellations. please note this does not apply to wedding cake orders as those terms are outlined in the cake contract.

 

Do you sell at local farmers' markets or events?

Yes! You can keep up with us by following us on Instagram for updates on where we’ll be. You can pre-order to pick up at markets and events.

 

Do you use organic or locally sourced ingredients?

We strive to use high-quality, locally sourced, and organic ingredients whenever possible.

 

What is your return or exchange policy?

Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

 

How far in advance should I place my order?

For regular orders of daily menu items, we recommend at least 48 hours. For custom or large orders, please give us at least 2 weeks. **This does not apply to wedding cakes orders as more time is required.
